What was the food highlight of your year?
The food highlight for me was probably the James Beard Awards, and seeing how proud all my friends and family are.
What was the music highlight of your year?
Musically I scored a few new LP’s and 7” that I have been hunting for, and I got to see Prince at Mohegan Sun. Rad live show.
Was there a moment when food and music came together in a memorable way?
Through cooking and food I got to meet Power, of the Wu Tang clan, and talk about doing some fun shit together in 2015. He’s so passionate and has such great vision, and I hope we get that chance!
