What was the food highlight of your year?
Cooking Bowl and a Beer at Artifact Coffee in Baltimore, Maryland. I did a vegan, gluten-free menu and that was a first for me.
What was the music highlight of your year?
Serving Boris when he played at the Rock & Roll Hotel in DC and also Stephen Malkmus!
Was there a moment when food and music came together in a memorable way?
I cooked lunch for the booking office for 930 Club at their office. Those people work their asses off every day to run the best music venue in the United States. It was a huge honor.
